We will incorporate the owner’s requirements into a preliminary project execution plan that will incorporate project logistics such as work hours, access and site-specific rules and regulations as well as a project schedule that will consider the requirements of the project and the constraints of the project team. The preliminary schedule will also outline the project phasing, critical milestone dates, material and equipment releases and deliveries. We will incorporate activities related to design, permitting, preconstruction, construction and owner activities so that all parties will be able to utilize this tool. This project execution plan will be the common communication tool that will convey all of the project requirements to the bidders, suppliers and subcontractors on this project.
