Team Oriented Approach
At Gbuild, being part of the team has always been at the core of what we do. Whether in a leadership role or as supporting partner, our goal is to set up each project for success by working as a team. Supporting our trade partners and vendors is essential and there are several ways Gbuild aims to do this.
- Being a teammate – We work closely with our trade contractors to ensure we are doing the best work for our clients. To do this, we are often soliciting input more than commanding action. The success of the project rests on all of us buying in to the same plan.
- Safe work environment – Safety has always been our top priority but now more than ever, we want to guarantee to everyone working on our projects that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe work environment.
- Scheduling – By providing accurate and specific schedules, we hope to aid our trade contractors in getting the job done efficiently. Our schedules also help to coordinate everyone working on the same project together.
- Communication – Part of being a good team player is communicating our goals and expectations to our entire project team from the beginning of the project to the end. As things change and evolve, our job is to keep the whole team updated and focused on key priorities.
- CM Software – We utilize Procore to streamline communication between ourselves, the client, and all of our project team members.
