This summer, Gbuild welcomed intern Hudson Sunderlin, a Civil Engineering student at the Unviersity of Delaware. As his internship comes to a close, we asked Hudson to share some favorite moments and lessons learned from his summer with Gbuild.
“Most of what I’ve learned is about organization. Gbuild is big on organization and time management – that’s something I can definitely take back with me to school,” said Hudson, who plans to start a career in structural design.
“Communication is another big lesson. Just being able to communicate – when meeting with clients or talking with subs – is another thing I’ll take back with me. Leadership, as well – seeing how the team leads work together from phase I to completion.”
Hudson’s favorite thing about working at Gbuild? “My favorite thing is who I’m here working with. Everyone is super inviting and easy to work with. I really love being part of the team here.”
