Chad Miller
Chad Miller joined the Gbuild team 3 years ago as Project Superintendent. Prior to joining our team, Chad worked in Land Development and Facilities Maintenance. He graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Industrial Technology and captained the football team. He and his wife Casey live in Parkesburg with their 15-month-old daughter.

When asked what Chad enjoys most about his job at Gbuild, he explains that the size of the team as well at the individuals that make up the team work together to create an atmosphere that is approachable, team oriented, and has a family like feel.
In 2019, Chad supervised our work at University of Delaware for the creation of their Esports Arena. This state-of-the-art facility was a high-profile project that took significant coordination and clear communication with everyone from our trade partners to the end user. Chad describes the project as one of the most rewarding projects he has completed after the client and end user were excited to use and show off their new space. Currently, Chad is managing our work at the corporate headquarters of Proconex in Royersford. Proconex is a leading provider of Process Automation Control Systems, Valves and Control Devices, and related technologies and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Gbuild is executing a major project to upgrade the mechanical systems and roofing, including replacing five Rooftop Air Handling Units, VAV boxes and associated controls in this 44,000-sf occupied two-story office building.
When Chad is not at work, he most enjoys being a Dad. He is the proud father of McKenna and she keeps him busy! He also enjoys freshwater fishing, hosting cookouts, and entertaining family and friends. His family loves summers at Dewey Beach, Delaware. Lastly, Chad loves being in his yard playing with his German Shepard, Buckeye.
