We are excited to share that Dan Gianforte has been promoted to Director of Operations, effective immediately.
Over the past several years, Dan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to our clients, our projects, and our people. In his role as Senior Project Manager, he has played a key part in delivering complex projects successfully, strengthening internal processes, and mentoring team members across the organization.
As Director of Operations, Dan will be responsible for overseeing project execution company wide, supporting our project teams, and continuing to improve the systems and processes that help us deliver high-quality work efficiently and safely. He will work closely with project management, field leadership, and executive leadership to support our continued growth.
