We would like to welcome our new project superintendents, Luke Spontak and Chris Kennedy, to the Gbuild team.
Luke Spontak brings over 20 years of experience as a carpenter and superintendent working on several large commercial jobs for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Luke specializes in scheduling and prioritizing tasks, site planning, coordinating subcontractors, and any other work necessary to run the job site. He most recently worked as a Project Superintendent for a commercial construction management company.
Chris Kennedy brings experience in the commercial construction building materials industry and a unique, hands-on entrepreneurial mindset in running his own residential remodeling business. When he’s not working, Chris enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, golfing, going to the gym, and snowboarding.
