Gbuild Welcomes New Clients
In 2020, Gbuild was fortunate to welcome 8 new clients. We are excited about these new partnerships and want to highlight the work we are doing below:
University of Pennsylvania – New Bolton Center
- Renovations to the Wildlife Futures Building included the complete building envelope replacement including roof, all sheathing & siding, and windows and doors. The interior work included new HVAC, electrical, Laboratory Casework, drywall, painting and flooring replacement.
HavPak
- Our projects with HavPak included electrical, compressed air, vacuum and exhaust for installation of packaging lines for 2 of HavPak’s core business lines at their new facility in West Chester.
Levante Brewing Company
- Gbuild worked with Levante to complete renovations to the public toilet rooms at the Levante Stables in Chester Springs.
Delaware State University
- DSU and Gbuild are working on a fit out of a new Computer Testing Suite. Suite to be used for community testing at the DSU Wilmington Campus.
Washington College
- Our work with Washington College is taking place inside Minta Martin Residence Hall. The project includes painting, acoustical ceilings, adding doorways, new LED lighting, relocating sprinklers and smoke detectors to accommodate new ceilings, and new corridor signage.
Devon Tile & Design Studio
- We are pleased to work with Devon Tile to completely renovate their showroom and offices. Renovations include a full demolition followed by new partitions, flooring, ceiling, tiling, lighting, and doors. This project timeline is fast tracked and phased.
Proconex
- Gbuild is providing Preconstruction and Construction Services for replacement of 4 rooftop units and reconfiguration of ductwork and VAV’s to accommodate new zoning at Proconex headquarters in Royersford.
Confidential Pharmaceutical Client
- Gbuild provides project management services to renovation projects to support and enhance this client’s R&D department.
