Gbuild Construction Managers proudly announces that we were awarded our 12th annual Delaware Contractors Association Construction Excellence Awards, an honor that recognizes exceptional commitment to safety in construction in our region. Only a select few contractors qualify for this award; companies must have an incident rate at or below the industry average (as published by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics) for their industry or specialty and an EMR of a 1.0 or less.
We were awarded in the category of ‘General Building Under 5 Million’ for our Ursinus College Lower Wismer Project. The architect on the project was Brawer Hauptman + Larkin.
