Welcome to our new office!

We recently moved! As our business grows and adapts, it was time for us to move to a bigger space in Exton, PA. After a complete renovation over the course of the year, we are moved in and operating out of 111 Summit Drive. We tracked the renovation progress HERE.

Our new space includes glass front offices, open collaboration spaces, a large conference room, break room, fitness center, outdoor patio, and warehouse. It was important in the design to include breakout spaces so we can effectively work together and collaborate as a team. At the same time, we have created enough separation between work spaces to work independently when necessary. Our break area includes soft seating, a TV, bar and table seating, and a kegerator. A shuffleboard table and basketball hoop provide friendly competition in the office. Directly outside the break area, we installed a patio and upgraded the landscaping. We are looking forward to many cookouts on the grill in the future.

One focus of ours during planning and construction was to include sustainable features. We utilized our Construction Waste Management and Indoor Air Quality programs during construction. We minimized ceilings and highlighted the windows to maximize daylight. In addition to zoning and insulation, we installed highly efficient VRF Heating & Cooling systems. Our lighting control system is run on Lutron Vive Wireless Control System to conserve energy. In selecting materials, we salvaged and reused where possible such as ceramic tile, polished concrete floors, reclaimed barnwood walls, and some repurposed furniture.

Immediately upon entering the building,  the open layout and centered conference room are visible.

The copy area and fitness center are located straight ahead.

We have both glass front offices and cubicles. Among the cubicles is a large workstation for collaborating.

Our conference room now has seating for our entire team.

Our break area and kitchen includes multiple seating options, a kegerator, and a shuffleboard.
