Field Superintendent:
Successful candidate must have the ability to oversee projects from beginning to end and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Projects can range from a one day job to a multi-million dollar project. You must have the ability to handle adversity, think on your feet, be flexible, and manage multiple relationships at once. Candidate must have a positive attitude, be respectful of our clients’ business, be trustworthy, and take ownership of the projects they manage. Successful candidate must be willing to take responsibility for all activities at their job site and most be able to hold others accountable for completing the work. Good follow up and follow through is a must. 3-10 years of experience is required.

Project Manager:
This position requires the project manager to manage the project from understanding contract requirements, through developing the scope of work, to working with the Site Superintendent to monitor the performance against the target schedule.  A successful candidate must be detail oriented; you must be organized so that you can monitor the project and make changes where necessary.  The person who takes this role needs to be good at multi-tasking as well as problem solving, and must have experience working on commercial construction projects.  Experience working at a larger firm is a plus. You must have the ability to handle adversity, think on your feet, be flexible, and manage multiple relationships at once.  Candidate must have a positive attitude, be respectful of our clients’ business, be trustworthy, and take ownership of the projects they manage.  Successful candidate must be willing to take responsibility for what happens at their job site and most be able to hold others accountable for completing the work.  Good follow up and follow through is a must. 3-7 years of experience is required.

Carpenter:
This position requires the carpenter to perform various carpentry tasks on our projects.  The carpenter will report to either the Senior Superintendent or the Project Superintendent. A successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, punctual with excellent communication skills.  Candidate must have a positive attitude, be respectful of our clients’ business, be trustworthy, and take ownership of the work performed.  Good follow up and follow through is a must. 2-10 years of experience required.
