- Tracking Progress
- Submittals – submittal tracking keeps everyone in the loop by alerting for upcoming due dates, managing who is currently responsible, viewing past revisions, and distributing and housing the final approved submittals. There are many ‘sort’ features that allow users to find specific information. A user can filter by subcontractor, due date, spec section, or many others.
- RFIs – RFI tracking alerts all key team members of open questions, due dates, and responses. An RFI log can easily be distributed to see open items and responses. Pictures and attachments add to the clarity of information available via this feature.
- Cost Changes – In Procore, a change event can be created to record the event that establishes the need for a change order. This feature allows the project team to send potential change orders and change order requests to the project owner for review.
- Progress Photos – Photos are a great way to communicate existing conditions, identify issues of concern, or simply log progress on the project.
- Access to Information
- Directory – Access to team members information (name, phone, email, address) can be critical to communication for clients and Procore’s directory creates job specific directories for easy access.
- Drawings – Procore’s Drawings tool helps manage and archive project drawings and revisions to ensure team members, vendors, and clients always have access to the most current drawings set. Notes, markups, and sketches can be added directly to a relevant drawing.
- Meeting Minutes
- Managing all aspects of project meetings is easy with Procore. Key features include creating meeting agendas for distribution, follow up meetings and logging meeting minutes, and creating actionable items to be assigned to team members and tracked in Procore.
