Project Progress: Boas Vision Associates
Last month, Gbuild was pleased to announce our partnership with BOAS VISION ASSOCIATES to construct their new Medical Office Building in Exton. At Boas, their Mission is to inspire the community residents with their exceptionally high level of healthcare services, innovative technologies, products and design. Gbuild is helping Boas build a new state-of-the-art eye care space that reflects their goals and mission. In October, we started with demolition of their existing space.
Currently, the future home of eye doctors, Boas Vision, is erected and framed. Plumbing rough in has started on the interior while on the exterior, roofing underlayment is being installed to create a weather tight seal. Fascia and soffit work are also underway. The team is working hard to get the building closed in and ready for winter.
In an effort to stay on schedule and within budget, the architect (Arcus Design Group) and client are helping to select materials that are readily available and adjusting selections where necessary. Given today’s supply chain complications, it has been a huge asset to work on these material selections in coordination with all team members.
