Region: Delaware Valley- Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware

Job Description:
Gbuild is looking for Construction Superintendents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee projects from beginning to end and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Projects can range from a one day job to a multi-million dollar project. This person will have the ability to handle adversity, think on their feet, be flexible, and manage multiple relationships at once. This person will have a positive attitude, be respectful of our clients’ business, be trustworthy, and take ownership of the projects they manage. Successful candidates are willing to take responsibility for all activities at their job site and are able to hold others accountable for completing the work. Good follow up and follow through is a must.

Gbuild is a growing Construction Management firm specializing in supporting commercial clients in the Higher Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare and Corporate markets in the Delaware Valley area. We bring sustainable building practices to all of our projects and are currently looking to add Construction Superintendents to oversee the daily operations of one or more construction projects. Our office is located in Exton, PA.
Qualities You Need:
- 5-10 years of experience managing facility construction in the Higher Education, Corporate, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare industries
- Entrepreneurial
- Self-starter
- Experience multi-tasking
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage up to the client and engage in multiple relationships with subcontractors
- Experience managing the job and problem solving on the construction site
- A client first mentality
- Team player
