Once again, Gbuild is honored to be recognized with a 2022 Construction Excellence Award by the Delaware Contractors Association for our work on Boas Vision. Doug Gianforte, LEED AP, President, and Jason Shrewsbury, Superintendent, accepted the award at the DCA’s 52nd Annual Meeting.
Tasked with managing the renovation of their existing facility, our team advised Boas Vision Associates to relocate to a nearby medical office building and completely demolish their existing building and construct a new, state-of-the-art facility. Gbuild’s alternate plan ultimately reduced construction costs by $300,000 and shaved 3 months off of the project timeline.
